This year ACI’s policy committees took a proactive approach to developing ACI’s legislative positions. Previously the positions were finalized and published just prior to the legislative session. This year, the committees wanted to have the position statements ready for the interim committees since proposed legislation is discussed in these committees prior to the legislative session.
